Dear Owner or Manager of Twin City Service,

About 3 weeks ago Malcum and Tim came to my house, at my request, to service my heat pump.

By way of background: I had one of your competitors come to service my heat pump. The service man told me that I needed a new compressor and it would cost $2500. The service man had a salesman come to my house later. This man said he would get back with me in a couples of days with a proposal to install a new heat pump.

After no estimate showed and I couldn't find the salesman, I called your company and Malcum and Tim came out to again service the heat pump. They quickly found a loose wire and a burned out fuse. The fuse was replaced and the loose wire was reconnected and minutes later my heat pump was working. Total cost was $77 for the house call and part.

I called your competitor and told the manager that I would not pay for the service call from his mechanic. I told him the whole story and he said he definitely would not be billing me. I think he was more than a little embarrassed!

Thanks to Malcum and Tim I feel much better about the people in the Air Conditioning and Heating business. I have found a company I can really trust and recommend to my friends. In fact yours is but one of many good impressions I have of my new home and community.
